Green Refurb Ltd are general
building contractors providing
consultancy and construction services with the aim of increasing
the energy efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of
existing property stock.
Construction services
As well as undertaking all general
building work, Green Refurb provide a wide range of
sustainable building services for all your green construction and
refurbishment requirements.
These include solar hot water systems, solar photovoltaic
panel installation, natural and eco-friendly insulation,
carpentry using reclaimed timber, the use of reclaimed bricks,
stone and other materials, green or living roofs, plastering and
rendering using lime mortar, water-saving taps and toilets and
the installation of condensing boilers.
They
also provide wind turbines, environmentally sensitive
architectural services, project management, permaculture
gardening, timber frame building, rainwater harvesting, straw
bale building and painting and decorating using non-toxic
organic paint, green parking solutions, biomass
boilers, wood burning stoves, ventilation systems, draught
proofing, energy saving electrical systems and much more...

Consultancy services
Green Refurb provide consultancy
services and advice to individual householders, construction
firms, private businesses and public sector clients.
This can range from preparing an
eco-build checklist or a waste reduction plan, through to
strategic guidance on sustainable construction or compliance
with the Code for Sustainable Homes.
As required, they can then help them
execute that advice using our team of experts.
Products
Green Refurb supply a range of products
for the construction industry made locally from 100%
recycled plastic using 100% UK sourced materials that would have
otherwise been diverted to landfill via their subsidiary,
British Recycled Plastic.
These currently include permeable
pavers and traffic bollards but our range will expand as time
